• Personalized school info page - one stop for families to get all the information that need about school portrait day
• Electronic Flyer - we provide the flyer for you to email to parents
• Online viewing and ordering gallery - galleries are secure and individual student albums can be password protected for privacy 

We handle all questions from parents and families regarding the online galleries, ordering process and products offered. We enjoy working with school families and strive to make the process as simple as possible for them with detailed instructions and informational videos.

FULL SERVICE:

• We provide an easy to understand contract that clearly states all the unique deliverables for your school portrait day
• We provide all equipment for photo day; all I need is a room with a good window or an open shade location outdoors.
• We provide faculty portraits, if needed
• We provide affordable portrait pricing with a variety of digital, print, canvas and school ID options
• We provide password protected photo gallery with individual student albums
• Upon request, we provide the school with full-resolution images to for yearbooks

ARE YOUR SCHOOL PORTRAITS EXPENSIVE? Even though our school portrait service is high end, our prices are not. We have competitive rates with nothing due up front. Parents are not forced to buy sight unseen! They order the images they love and have chosen for themselves.

HOW MANY STUDENTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE? We service any size schools or daycares, including homeschool groups, with 50 or more students.

 WHAT AGES DOES THIS WORK FOR BEST? We have worked with children as young as 10 weeks up to 18 years old. Because school portraits are about capturing genuine portraits of each child, there is not an age group that is too young or too old for this one-of-a-kind portrait style.

You pick the time of year that works best for your school and together we will collaborate to schedule a successful, rewarding school portrait day for your school and the families you love. Our fall schedule fills up very fast. We encourage you to schedule quickly or to consider spring portraits. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE. Schools have their own photography page that is updated for their families. If parents have additional questions, I provide fast response times to emails and phone calls.
